Perforation turns a solid aluminum sheet into a patterned surface. Round, square, oblong and custom openings can be arranged in regular, gradient or graphic layouts. Large formats require a coordinated reinforcement and fixing design.

EXPORT PACKING
Protective surface layers, edge protection and suitable outer packing are agreed for the product and route. Part identification, packing lists and handling requirements are confirmed before shipment.
How is open area selected?
The pattern is reviewed against the required airflow, shading and appearance. Acoustic applications also need a specified backing assembly. Send the required open area or functional brief with your drawing.
Can the pattern include a logo or a gradient?
Yes. Provide vector artwork or a dimensioned CAD pattern. Hole size, pitch, remaining metal and stiffener locations are reviewed before sample approval.
Can I request a sample and a custom quotation?
Yes. Send your drawing, estimated quantity, finish reference and delivery destination. Sample cost, minimum order, tooling, lead time and any warranty are confirmed in the written quotation.
