Natural silver
Anodized / metallic references
ALUPANELIX / AF–01METALLIC SURFACES & PANELS
Anodized aluminum sheets and fabricated panels with a distinctive metallic surface. Define the alloy, color, grain direction and exposure conditions from the outset.
Typical selection references; final specifications to approved drawing.
01 / PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Anodizing creates an oxide layer on the aluminum surface. The base alloy, surface preparation and batch affect the final metallic appearance, so an approved physical sample and controlled grain direction are essential for architectural work.
A metallic surface with alloy and pretreatment selected to suit the intended appearance.
Approve the actual color, brushing direction and appearance variation.
Fabrication sequence and exposed cut edges reviewed before anodizing.
02 / TECHNICAL DATA
| Parameter | Specification / options |

| Common alloy options | 5005 for architectural anodized appearance; 5052 / 3003 suitability to be reviewed against the finish |
| Nominal thickness | 1.0 / 1.5 / 2.0 / 2.5 / 3.0 mm — reference selection |
| Reference sheet formats | 1,220 × 2,440 / 1,500 × 3,000 mm; finished size subject to stock, tank and fabrication review |
| Anodic film targets | 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 μm — typical selection targets; exposure and test requirements to be agreed |
| Surface preparation | Satin, brushed or other agreed pretreatment; sample review required |
| Color references | Natural silver, champagne, bronze and dark tones; actual availability subject to approved sample |
| Color consistency | Alloy batch, finish batch and permitted appearance variation agreed before production |
| Grain direction | Marked direction to match the elevation and installation sequence |
| Fabrication | Cutting, folding, holes and weld locations reviewed with the finish route |
| Sealing / appearance | Sealing method, visible surfaces, rack marks and cut-edge treatment agreed in the specification |
| Outdoor suitability | Selected alloy, film target, sealing and environmental exposure reviewed as a system |
| Inspection | Base thickness, dimensions, film thickness, finish appearance and sample comparison |
| Protection / packing | Surface film or interleaving and edge protection; removal and storage instructions agreed |
| Warranty | Written project-specific finish terms; exposure, cleaning and appearance acceptance defined |
| Order / lead time | Sample approval, order quantity, packing format and production schedule confirmed in quotation |
Typical specification references for initial selection. These values are not confirmed production limits. Final alloy, dimensions, tolerances, coating system and warranty are subject to drawing review, sample approval and written quotation.
03 / SURFACE & COLOR
Approve a physical sample for color, texture and sheen. Screen colors and product images are illustrative.
Anodized / metallic references
Solid-color coating reference
Metallic color reference
Decorative finish reference
Finish compatibility depends on the alloy, fabrication route and exposure. Woodgrain is a separate decorative finish alternative, not an anodized effect.
04 / WHERE IT WORKS
05 / FROM DRAWING TO DELIVERY
Sample approval and written specifications keep material, finish and fabrication aligned.
CAD / PDF files, quantity, location and finish brief.
Confirm material, dimensions, details and commercial terms.
Review finish, color, critical sizes and shop drawings.
Fabricate, finish and check against the approved order.
Protect, identify and pack for the agreed export shipment.
Protective surface layers, edge protection and suitable outer packing are agreed for the product and route. Part identification, packing lists and handling requirements are confirmed before shipment.
Anodized appearance can vary with alloy, pretreatment, grain and batch. Agree on an approved sample range, consistent grain direction and batch planning before production.
The 10–25 μm targets are selection references. The final target, sealing process and acceptance criteria must match the project environment and specification.
Yes. Send your drawing, estimated quantity, finish reference and delivery destination. Sample cost, minimum order, tooling, lead time and any warranty are confirmed in the written quotation.
