A solid aluminum sheet is cut, folded and finished to create a lightweight architectural cassette. Panel dimensions, edge returns, reinforcement and mounting details are coordinated with the facade layout before production.

EXPORT PACKING
Protective surface layers, edge protection and suitable outer packing are agreed for the product and route. Part identification, packing lists and handling requirements are confirmed before shipment.
Which thickness should I choose?
Thickness depends on panel span, folded geometry, supports and design loads. The 1.5–3.0 mm values are a selection reference; the project designer must approve the final specification.
Can you make curved or irregular panels?
Yes, we accept drawings for single-curved, double-curved and custom shapes. Tooling, forming limits, reinforcement and finish are reviewed before a sample or production approval.
Can I request a sample and a custom quotation?
Yes. Send your drawing, estimated quantity, finish reference and delivery destination. Sample cost, minimum order, tooling, lead time and any warranty are confirmed in the written quotation.
